WCPSS Elementary School Counselors
Helping WCPSS students gain skills to be prepared to reach their full potential and lead productive lives in a complex and changing world.
- Classroom Lessons - Elementary counselors teach lessons in classrooms on topics such as making friends, decision making, study skills, bullying prevention, and social and emotional learning.
- Small Groups - Counselors may see small groups of students in their office to discuss topics such as friendship, social thinking, academic achievement or leadership.
- Individual Counseling - Counselors can work with students individually for short term counseling needs. If your child needs more support, your counselor can help you find the resources that you need.
